Sonoma Sol forward Tyler Hurst has been named the National Premier Soccer League Player of the Week for the week ending April 29.

 

Hurst scored three goals in the first 60 minutes of the Sol’s 4-1 win over the West-Northern Conference leading Sacramento Gold on Sunday.

 

HONOR ROLL: Sergio Valle-Ortiz assisted on two goals and turned in a solid defensive performance at right midfield as the San Diego Flash beat Fullerton Rangers 4-1 on Sunday…Midfielder Jordan Urbany registered one assist and opened up numerous other scoring opportunities for his teammates to help the North Coast Tsunami rally from two goals down for a 3-3 draw with the San Francisco Stompers on Saturday.
